We have been extremely pleased with the viability of the organic seeds we have purchased from your company. We begin the process of soaking and then sprouting every weekend. By Tuesday, we begin using the sprouts, but still allow them to grow. Wed. and/or Thurs. we put them in the refrig. They last until our next batch is ready the following week.
